Shipping policy

All orders over $100 ship for free. Standard (3-4 business days) is $7.99. We do our best to ship out the next day to get your order to you as fast as possible! If you need your order expedited, please message us to ensure we can get you your order when you need it.

*If you wish to ship internationally, please message us through our chat feature and we will see if we can ship for you. All international orders will be FINAL SALE.

Please note: Ella James is not responsible for items lost or damaged packages in transit. Ella James is not liable for the replacement or refunding of the below:

1. Any orders where the shipping address was incorrectly entered at the time of the purchase. Please make sure to verify all shipping information before you submit your order.

2. Any orders where the tracking has proven delivered, yet the packages are missing, ie: stolen, if applicable, customer would need to file a claim with UPS.
