Refund policy
We want you to absolutely love your purchase from Ella James! If you do not love your purchase and wish to make a return, you have 14 days from when you received your order to request a return and send back your item. Items must be returned within 7 business days of when you requested a return label. Anything returned after that, will be credited back to you in the form of an online gift card. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused and with tags attached. Once the style is received and approved, we will refund you back to your original form of payment.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund. To start a return, please email us at support@ellajamesshop.com. We are based out of Raleigh, NC.
Please note: Once we drop off your package, Ela James is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If you enter in an incorrect shipping address, we are also not responsible if the shipment is delayed or lost.
*If you wish to ship internationally, please message us through our chat feature and we will see if we can ship for you. All international orders will be FINAL SALE.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL sale items (will be clearly marked), bodysuits, or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping costs. If you instead wish to receive a store credit, email us at support@ellajamesshop.com and we will send you an e-gift card!
